The building behind sk/next to gphi is Barnwell hall, it’s slated to be renovated into a small recreation center among other pretty cool things that will be available to all students but primarily sorority row and tut. So it won’t go to a sorority. It could be that the university will ask AKA to move into alpha gam’s old house so SK can combine those two lots, but that doesn’t leave a house for SDT. Another option may be tearing down osband next to DG.
