So of topic from rush, how does it work with new house construction? I know SK is in the swing house but how long do you think it could be until they get a new build? SDT, they have a smaller house on frat row. With them participating in formal and potentially getting a larger pledge class, will they be looking at a bigger house? Or moving into the swing house when SK leave? What are your thoughts?
