Panhellenic claims that they try and make it so upperclassmen have a better chance at getting a bid, and that the upperclassmen quota is different than the freshmen, but in reality is it easier/ more lenient for sophomores to get a bid or are the chances just the same as they would be if you were to go through as a freshmen
