Posting someone’s name on a Greek life forum is NOT cyberbullying. Is it rude or mean? Sure. Could you be prosecuted for it? Absolutely not. In order to meet the legal definition for cyberbullying, the messages must be threatening or intimidating in nature (ex. threatening to kill or harm someone.) Even then it’s incredibly difficult to actually prosecute. So your reasoning of telling people to stop if not because it’s morally wrong then because of “how easy it is to be caught” is just stupid.
