No...being old row does not automatically make you part of the top. But of the top houses most of old row is represented. Original old row Fraternities: SAE, DKE, KA, Sigma Nu, Phi Delta Theta, and Phi Gamma Delta. Most people would not rate Phi Delt or Fiji as being top tier these days.
