Their house is brand new, they were on of the last houses to get a new house so that led to them getting weaker PCs than other NR houses up until this year honestly. Their grades are almost always towards the bottom, even though on Panhell’s website it says they recommend having a 3.4. As other posters said, there is not a lot of excitement going back there. I think some girls really learn to love it and make friends within their PC, but it’s not a house a lot of people initially want. I’ve also heard they have a terrible sisterhood from some of my friends and that the PCs are divisive and their exec is mean. I’m not a DZ so I don’t know any of this for fact this is just what I’ve heard. But their house is beautiful and this is going for them for sure!!!
