It’s very exaggerated. Most of the ChiO’s I know are big time partiers. And AXO....their alums and weird group live on GR constantly self ranking and writing negative posts about other old row houses and some times new row which isn’t very holy but typical for them 99% of the negative posts about other houses are by them. AGD has a mix.
