I'm sorry but I really disagree with this and don't think it will work in most cases. As an active going into my third year of recruiting I know when a girl is being herself versus when she is saying the things that she ~thinks~ I want to hear based on the stereotype of my house. I think most actives see right through the BS and will be able to tell by preference round if you would actually fit in. That being said, I do think the OP's post has good underlying advice that rush is not the time to be humble. Obviously no one will be spending 2020 summer vacationing in Europe but if you've travelled a lot, hype it up. If you've done something unique and cool like modeling or something, hype it up. Nothing wrong with highlighting the coolest parts of yourself, but don't be fake.
