All true. There are so many girls going through that they have to start early to get to know the girls and thus be able to make quick decisions during recruitment as to who to invite back to the next round of parties. The power point thing IS often done, as well as mini-posters all over the house. It's an effort to get members to recognize most desired PNMs so they get first-class treatment. As a PNM, though, there's nothing to fear about this. Be flattered! They want to remember you and treat you well!
