Jefferson houses are usually filled with guys from far out of state that didn’t do anything for rush before they moved in. So they’re more chill but not really involved and generally have lower grades/numbers New row on University are usually filled with slightly more southern kids and try hard guys from far out of state who are essentially jersey shore extras (pike, sigma chi, pi kapp etc) or nerdy guys (ATO, SigEp) Old row guys are usually chill but are generally from Alabama or surrounding states If you fit into one of these groups you probably wouldn’t like being in a house in a different group honestly
