Agree. It’s Bama Greek life - exclusion, secrecy, slights, power struggles, poor communication and irrational decisions are “standard operating procedures”! But, as noted above - as these massive houses with pretty big budgets are run by 18 to 20 year olds in their spare time - it actually goes fairly smoothly!!!!
