They all take OOS, some more numbers than others. Just look for the houses you feel most comfortable with, and maybe you get a bid. Warning, many of the Fraternities filled their pledge classes during the spring and summer and possibly take a couple of guys as school starts. So, if you are serious of joining a fraternity you need to make it to campus in the next couple of months. This is especially true for the Fraternities on University Blvd.
