Nothing against gphi but this isn’t true and it’s pretty clear if you look at active membership numbers. They’re the third smallest house by # of active members (with 80 fewer members than the largest, not including SK). Considering they take larger than average pledge classes every year they are actually doing pretty badly in terms of retention. In general houses that are dominated by OOS students have retention issues, not a bad thing just a fact.
