I was dirty rushed by GPhi my recruitment year ( friends of friend texting me and asking if I wanted them for pref round) and ZTA dirty rushed in 2017 ( posted groupme texts were shared to Panhel and all they got was a fine) and they continued that route in 2018 and 2019 ( since they knew all they would get are fines). So, if you continue saying both houses are improving while breaking the rules, fine. I have more respect for other houses that don’t cheapen themselves or the process for PNM’s.
