Of course it's the same person. He or she must have very little going on in their lives. I've been here 3 years and never once heard someone gossip about who took COBs or Snaps. Neither are horrible and no one cares. It appears to only be an issue for trolls here to talk to each other to make themselves feel like they matter? It's strange.
