The strong houses you think you 'cut' 99% likely they actually did the cutting, and there also nothing you could do to 'help the odds' for your top 3 because your choices meant nothing to the sororities when considering to ask you back or not. If a house votes to cut you then they cut you, no matter what you put on your card.
