There are definitely houses that are less desirable during rush. Some people call those the bad houses and that’s fine. “Bad” as in those are the houses that are at the bottom of the list that girls want. Once they get bids, they do end up loving them, but that doesn’t mean that girls want those houses during rush. All houses can’t be top. There has to be middle and bottom as well.
