You’re on crack if you think GPhi is an upper middle house. Zeta sit down the reason your pc was better this year was because the overall PNM quality was extremely high. You were not stealing high profile PNMs from top houses, you took social media cute girls from DZ, GPhi, Phi Mu needs to prove themselves in grades to make up for the fall in looks, Tri Delt was average, no QRs but no real tops either, KD wasn’t great but not as bad as people are saying on here. Kappa has me raising eyebrows but I’ll give them a few months with the QRs, they could go either way.
