How many women of color are in all the PCs? And for the friend who got dropped, it is certainly not a proven fact it was related to skin color for heaven's sake. I am sure she is awesome, but perhaps other reasons? I have no idea, but what is the diversity breakdown for everyone? Someone on here is intent on dogging APhi.
