I would agree with you most years, but this year they really are, at least by what the PNMs wanted. Pi Phi struggled some, but got a great class compared to A Phi. They really tanked this year. In contrast, G Phi expecially came out with a good class, but so did Theta and to a lesser extent DZ. If you were involved with recruitment then you know where the more quality girls went and which houses got fewer of them. Can't go just by looks, but looks are important too.
