They are neither. Physically, they are/were on the Old Row, but they are certaonly not considered "Old Row". They've never been on the New Row, so they're not that either. Neither are they an affiliated house. Having said that, they're ok, and have been on campus since the 60s I believe. Probably a little smaller than other houses.
