This is a totally hypothetically question, but RFM confuses me and I figured maybe someone could clarify this for me since my rho chi is awol. In this situation, PNM invited back to 3 houses (ABC, DEF, GHI). She only wants bids from ABC and DEF, but she's afraid to drop GHI because she won't be available for quota additions. She ranks the houses as: 1. ABC 2.DEF 3. GHI But the houses rank her on these lists: ABC=2 DEF=1 GHI=1 So the gist I'm getting is that she will be crosscut by ABC and DEF. Will she only be left with GHI? And do quota additions only count if you've been booted out of all the houses or could pnm be a quota addition to ABC or DEF even if GHI has a spot to fill?
