Thanks for the reply, @Ummm. I’m glad that you were snapped and that it worked out well for you! Snap bids are great for the PNM but also great for the house! Don’t think that traditionally “top” houses like KD, KKG, DDD,etc. ever really do COB (haven’t while I’ve been here), but there is definitely a great opportunity to COB to a lot of great houses. Without a doubt it’s something that people should put feelers out about with their friends. It can be pretty under the radar if you aren’t looking for it.
