Zeta, Once you can retain a majority of your pledge class for longer than a year, then you’ll be a tippy top house. Once you raise your overall chapter GPA so you aren’t in the bottom half, then you’ll be a tippy top house. You have to have consistent and concise quality for a number of years in order to move up the ranks. You pulled a great pledge class. Good for you, but will a majority of them still be active by this time next year? Your retention rates tell us otherwise! Work on your gpa and retention rate before you get on here and start talking the talk because you aren’t walking the walk!!
