This is 100% incorrect. Quota is the same for all houses, it is based on the number of PNMs attending pref divided by number of sororities. Houses may end up with quota additions which are for the benefit of the PNM, not the house. Retention has nothing to do with quota. It is not a coincidence that houses with bad retention tend to have quota additions, because those houses are usually also weak recruiting houses and need to invite back more PNMs to make quota. I understand this is a very confusing concept but there’s no use in spreading misinformation.
