Sorry!! Chi O has the most chapters, and are strong nationally, but NOT top 3. They have a VERY WEAK presence on the East and West Coasts. Theta and Pi Phi are VERY strong nationally...maybe not at a few Southern schools, but VERY GOOD Coast to Coast.
