Excellent point. First we can only guess about return rates. Second is that a focus on return rates is harmful because it makes the houses focus on avoiding risk. The avoidance of risk means the more high profile houses tend to go after the girls they know already. This disadvantages those without connections with actives. It becomes a spiral. Chi O and some others are caught in this cycle. Chapter rush advisors don’t help. Think back to the old race scandals and XO, AGD. The good out of it has been that all houses end up with lots of great girls each year. The quality gets spread around. While there may still be some strata, the differences are compressing. Every pnm has good options if they persist.
