This is the machine propaganda pretending to be a pnm once again. Of course Theta is not shunned on campus or excluded from parties or organizations. They have block stadium seating and big parties. They have the same swaps and parties like everyone else. No frat is turning pretty KATs away at the door nor are they asking for their letters. Lots of them partying, dating, and hooking up with plenty of frat guys if that's their thing. If this is a real pnm, check out the organizations and honor societies on campus. It is hard to determine who is in which house because all of our houses are interchangeable and few are mentioning their greek affiliations in their bios. Once you are in those organizations you will realize that Thetas are in them all and holding exec and top positions right beside girls from all the other houses. Do you think so many girls are paying what our houses cost to be excluded, shunned, and shamed on campus? The machine nonsense starts and stops with rumors around here to influence people before they get involved on campus and realize it is all BS. That is how they bully by influence - by keeping away pnm who are naive and scared. Once they realize that there was nothing to any of this it is too late and they are in another house. Which is fine. It is a scare tactic - all bark, no bite to manipulate girls who don't know better. The smart confident girls realize this, especially the OOS whose terrified moms aren't overly involved. Theta gets their girls every year and continues to do their thing. This crap has come around every year I've been here fueled by the machine as soon as this topic of comes up. The machine gets scared that this might be the year they lose the choke hold on the sororitys and they ramp up the rumors. The manipulation works with some girls but Theta proves every year that there are plenty of girls who can think for themselves. If not their house numbers would be at the bottom along with their retention numbers and grades. This just isn't the case. They have great numbers, even with an the oldest, smallest physical house the past few years. They have great grades and solid retention numbers. The fake news just doesn't mesh with the verifiable facts.
