Sort of wonder if the tent talk works a little in Theta's favor. When I think of superficial house, their house does not come to mind. Perhaps the PMMs so easily swayed and shaken out by opinions of strangers talking smack in PNM tent groups is one of the reasons they do not have that rep. I'm thinking (especially as we move to a more academically competitive environment) that there are women who pick up the difference and are looking for that opposite. As for their rep, they are a typical new row house, which has always meant heavier OOS. They have a very good national rep, so the choicest PNMs coming their way have prob always been heavy OOS. Of course in the past, an OOS welcoming house would be looked down upon by the old "Bama only" focused houses and still is by all the old Bama biddie alumna on GR, but we all know thoughts on OOS have changed in a big way. Hhst is hood for them and all NR houses.
