Certainly this site does not help. but I personally think all our houses are great, so I do not get why any house gets bashed. I was looking at grade reports recently, as we all do, and wondered the same. For example, I noticed that Theta's size, retention rates (drops), grades, and COB numbers were better than several other houses, some even mid-ranked. I was surprised, so I flipped back a couple of reports and the numbers seemed the same. Tbh, on campus, I've known them to be a low drama and fairly smart house, but go to GR and they are always bottom. Why is that? Is it because they built a house last? Is it because they are not machine?
