Yep, it’s due to the fact that the max amount of people legally allowed in a house is much lower than the # of PNMs / 17 plus the actives (especially since SK is in a smaller house). PNMs usually just hang out on the row if they’re living across campus or go back to tut if they live there. You don’t think about it until you do it, but rush is so much more tiring as an active. You go to max ~30 parties if you have a full schedule as a PNM but actives do over double that.
