Old row is the best for people who plan on staying in the state after graduation, when they return to their hometowns and start hanging out with their fellow alums. For people whose plan is to go elsewhere or have no plans in joining some country club in Alabama being in an Old Row affiliated Sorority or an Old Row Fraternity doesn't hold as much weight. Old Row fraternities hold one major combined party a year doesn't mean they have the best events. All Fraternities throw some major parties and have fun events. All the university blvd fraternities and the major houses on Jefferson have full swap schedules. In regards to money, you clearly have no idea what you are talking about. Just look at all the new mega Fraternity and Sorority houses that were built by non-old row houses. In Summary, your post is completely false and based on a delusional opinion.
