You’re being awfully judgmental for someone who literally admitted you could not understand because you were happy with your bid. I dropped on pref after receiving a house back that is at the bottom end of the grade report, joined a more academically focused house later, and have never looked back nor regretted it once. I totally resent the idea that sororities can cut PNMs at will but PNMs are just expected to sit and take it. As much as panhel wants us to believe it, rush is not a perfect process and not everything “works out in the end.”
