Ok. So I just arrived back to town and I am impressed with the Theta house. It looks much better than the photo board and it just seems so much bigger than the rest of our houses. I think it is because of the location with no neighbor on one side. I ended up driving around it because I just couldn't get over how nice it is. The back seems as nice/nicer than the front. I am curious about the inside now. Just wanted to give some props and wish them luck in their new house.
