Arkansas houses aren’t larger. They have waaaay more land to build on, which allows them to build the houses in shapes that max out bedrooms (for example Pi Phi’s L shaped house). Also houses at UA have very few triples or quads, if any at all, and many have singles. I personally think 90+ is kind of a lot, especially if rush numbers go back down, but each school also has different needs.
