PiPhi, ZTA and even APhi have more rush interest than suggested by their rankings on GR. This is particularly true with out of state and out of region pnms. And despite what you think about these houses reputation in the aftermah, they are very competitive during recruitment. Certain AL and other MS, LA, TN pnms may not be interested in these houses, but there aren’t enough of those girls to fill all the OR availability and OR needs to get some of the OOR. But there are OOR girls who would rather be in PiPhi/ZTA/APhi than some OR houses. During rush top of NR can be more difficult and competitive than bottom of OR. \n\n\n\n\n
