All the houses are gorgeous!! But the newer houses are definitely more glamorous. The first few built set a great standard but then KD/Kappa/phi mu all threw about a billion dollars at furnishings and everything escalated from there. Personally I think aopi and dz tried to also do the glamorous thing but kind of overdid it. It’ll be interesting to see what theta and eventually SK do. I know that both DG and ADPi have already redone living rooms and gphi redid their dining room.
