AXO is very desired by the good grade, student council types. Not so much by the party crowd. Great house, but I wouldn’t say it’s universally high on everyone’s list. PM is top of list for those that want to be in a “looks house.” That is definitely not everyone. Another great house, but not everybody’s cup of tea. People seem to either love it or not be interested at all. KD, XO, AGD and even KKG and DDD, aren’t as desired by out of state, especially non-southern. Since over half PNMs are out of state, and different type of girls are looking for different type of houses, I don’t really think this rank makes sense.
