Ask your neighbors, your parents’ friends, your friends’ parents and your teachers. I guarantee you will find several that way. You can also look on Facebook for alumnae groups in your area for each house and contact them directly. Usually if you send them your resume they can connect you someone to write a rec for you. As competitive as recruitment is you really want at least two recs for every house. And just because an alum says she’ll write you a rec it doesn’t mean she will follow through. Ask three or four people from each house to write them so you have a better chance with actually getting one or two.
