Actually, this thread is productive and valuable to PNMs. It has truths throughout and as an ACTIVE at Bama today, resonates with me! Worthwhile post and bumping for this reason. For what it’s worth I do believe the phrase “trust the process”. It worked for me. And while it may not seem like it’s working during recruitment....it will make sense to you later.
