There are two views on recruitment. The first is that “the process” works in placing girls in the house that is best for them and there is really no value judgment on where you land top/bottom/best/worst you simply find your fit. The other view is that the top houses get the best pnms and the bottom houses get the (excuse me, but) bottom in a competitive manner where the top houses/pnms have the most control and the bottom houses/pnms the least in selection. The reality lies somewhere between these extreme views. The Op does a decent job in defining the competitive aspects of recruitment at Bama although there are plenty of personal experiences that can refute this as well as another perspective that suggests recruitmentnis more about finding a fit. . \n\n\n\n\n
