This is such an over-the-top exaggeration. From year to year some old row houses rise slightly above other old row houses for many different reasons. Right now PM and AXO are those houses. That’s it. You should still find the place that you feel most comfortable that WANTS YOU after you go through rush. Stop making such sweeping generalizations.
