The way I see it, I think it's unfair to list a bid to a house you aren't interested in. I would hate to be stuck with a house I didn't want. I ISPed and it worked out for me. It might not be the brightest thing to do, but I think it's better to have the option of COB or rush next year without the fear of being tied to a house you don't like for a whole year and being rejected in rush the next year.
