I say go for it! If you wait there’s no guarantee your college GPA will be higher. Freshman year is a transition and if you struggle academically that probably will not change. Also, there is so much to experience in a house your freshman year. Dont miss out. Just be sure to keep an open mind and be open to all houses. I doubt your chances of the better next year. Good luck!
