XO and AGD both belong in the top. Just because they prefer southern girls, that’s not a reason to drop them down. They both have the grades, involvement, looks and social calendar to justify being in the top. ADPi is a weird one because they should be in your “mid” tier, even though they’re vastly different than Zeta and APhi. I think GPB could move to mid tier - they’re doing progressively better each year.
