It’s practically $8,000 a year without living in the house. That is just stupid money now. By far the most expensive Greek community in the nation. Some houses don’t even let you go up the stairs and are incredibly hard to ever live n on top of that they have all these Greek points and hours and they bill you for that too. My parents came out here for parents weekend and could get past the first floor (an old row house) I can’t get up there either. This is an awful place that makes no sense if you end up in one of the houses where you are like a visitor.
