Phi Mu is actually the smartest of the old row by doing this. In case you haven't figured it out, UA is now more than 50% out of state ( they are saying 58% this year). Phi Mu realizes this and want to continue to be able to choose the best of the best. Nationally, this is great for Phi Mu because as these top girls graduate and go back to their home states it changes the perception of PhiMu in those areas where they may not be as strong.
