^ I had two favorites before rush started and you know what? I ended up hating them so much I ranked them last the first day. Trust me, extending chances to houses that may not be a good fit is going to make you miserable. You have to see if you actually like them first. And I would say as a side note, neither of these houses are really all that similar, so it really depends on your personality.
