Considering Phi Mu has had two off PCs in three years I would say they aren’t even top of top. (Yes 17 was great but 16 and 18 were eh). Alpha Chi can’t take another year of a very average pc. Honestly I don’t think any one or two houses is top of top, the top 5 are almost interchangeable depending on the year. Phi Mu, Alpha Chi, Kappa, Tri Delt, Kappa Delta Chi O is strong in most areas but needs to step up recruiting big time OOS. Alpha Gam we all know is bottom of OR due to years of no change in how they recruit. (Again, another strong house)
