TBH it doesn't really read as that shocking. But I don't know anything about Michigan greek system to know if their nationals were trying to keep them from slipping or what? And I agree with what 'just mho" said about aphi that they seem like they'd pick the pretty girl every time, but maybe that's because they are still trying to build something here? Easy for some of us to say "oh my chapter values grades more" but that's honestly because we already have a reputation as a strong house and we can have a good balance. They are still really new around here so they prob have to calculate if smart studious can attract fun partiers or the other way around. I'll give them a couple more years and see if they are more well balanced before I make the judgment on that.
